As part of our community benefits programming, our health professionals provide many educational opportunities on topics such as aging, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, maximizing independence, falls prevention, advance care planning, and caregiving.

Monthly Senior Health Clinics

Our agency offers monthly senior health clinics for seniors to receive basic health services such as foot care, blood pressure screenings, B-12 injections, medication education, and nutritional education.

The clinics do not replace regular primary care provider office visits.

Clinics are held at convenient locations in a variety of communities including:
- Andover
- Boscawen
- Bow
- Concord
- Contoocook
- Epsom
- Henniker
- Hillsboro
- Hooksett
- Loudon
- Pembroke
- Penacook
- Pittsfield
- Suncook
- Weare

There is a suggested donation of $10 for services, however, services are provided regardless of a person's ability to pay. To schedule an appointment, call (603) 224-4093 or (800) 924-8620, ext. 5815.

Monthly Immunization Clinic

First Monday of each month, 1-4 p.m.

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church Outreach Center
21 Centre Street, Concord

Our agency offers a monthly immunization clinic for children and adults who are uninsured, underserved, and who have no access to these needed services to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Vaccinations offered at the clinic for children ages 0-18 include:
- DtaP
- Tdap (ages 11-18)
- HiB
- IPV (polio)
- Tetanus (Td)
- Hepatitis B
- Dtap-Hepatitis B - IPV
- Influenza (4-18 years)

Vaccinations offered at the clinic for adults include:
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- Influenza
- Pneumococcal
- Tdap
- Tetanus (Td)

Please bring an immunization record with you, if possible. A $10 fee is requested per person. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Appointments are required.

Seasonal Flu Clinics

Each fall, our agency conducts seasonal flu clinics in many communities that we serve. Specially-trained nurses administer flu vaccine and answer your flu-related questions. Appointments are required. Flu clinics are held in numerous public locations in our service area and many private organizations or businesses.
