25th Annual Hospice Lights of Life
Each December the windows of businesses throughout Concord and surrounding communities are illuminated by candles to honor the lives of those who have died. They stand as beacons of love and remembrance in this season of darkness – they are “Lights of Life.”
This year marks Concord Regional VNA’s 25th Annual Hospice Lights of Life Celebration, which offers us an opportunity to honor and remember loved ones and friends, and to illuminate the vital role of hospice care in our community.
Concord Regional VNA has been focused on caring for our community since 1899. We have provided hospice care to residents of the Capital Region and beyond for 38 years, in their homes and at Hospice House that was the first hospice house in New Hampshire.
We invite you to honor loved ones, friends, neighbors – anyone you choose – by adding their names to the Hospice Lights of Life Honor Roll. They do not need to have been part of our hospice program – they need only to hold a special place in your heart.
Submit a name here.
Names will be viewable on our website beginning October 15th and the list is updated weekly. The full Honor Roll will be featured in the Concord Monitor on December 17.
Please join us for a special virtual Hospice Lights of Life Community Memorial Service on Friday, December 4 at 5:30 p.m. We pause to honor and remember loved ones and friends who have died through reflection and music at this peaceful candlelight service. Check back for more details.
