The weeks and months following the death of a loved one are difficult. During this time, people experience many different feelings, and sometimes changes to sleeping and eating habits and energy levels. Each person's grief experience is unique and there is a wide range of "normal." Our agency can support you through this challenging time. - Support throughout the hospice stay for funeral/memorial service planning

- One-on-one visits provided by staff or bereavement volunteers

Grief During the Holidays | Online Program Thursday, December 10 | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Trained facilitators lead a group session for adults who are adjusting to life after loss while also facing the stress of the holiday season. Join us as we share stories and learn tools for coping with the season.

Spousal Loss Group | Online Program Mondays, February 1 - March 15 | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Seven-week adult grief discussion groups help people who are dealing with the death of a spouse or significant other. Participants are encouraged to share their thoughts, feelings, and challenges associated with grieving. Facilitators and participants share tools they have learned that have been helpful in their grief journey.
