Geraldine's Bio

Geraldine Holmes, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer at Concord Regional VNA. She is responsible for accounting operations that include financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system for accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets that enhance the accuracy of the agency’s financial results. Geri also oversees and provides direct supervision of the billing, utilization review, payroll, and accounting staff.  

She has been at Concord Regional VNA since May 2016 as the Controller until she was named the CFO  in July 2017. Previously, Geri was employed at Hanover Hill Health Care Center in Manchester for over 16 years where she was Finance Director. 

Geri obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester. She also completed a Certificate in Business Analytics at HBX |Harvard Business School in November 2018. Geri is a member of the Home Health and Hospice Financial Managers Association and the Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals for Business.   

She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Concord Family YMCA,  the Finance Committee for the Region 2 Integrated Delivery Network. the Finance Committee for the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of NH, and assists the Town of Candia Trustees with their Trust Fund records.
