Geraldine's Bio

Geraldine Holmes, MBA, is the Chief Financial Officer at Concord Regional VNA. She oversees accounting operations that include financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system for accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets that enhance the accuracy of the agency’s financial results. Holmes also provides direct supervision of the billing, utilization review, payroll and accounting staff. 

Holmes joined Concord Regional VNA in May 2016 as Controller until she was named the CFO in July 2017.  Previously, she was employed at Hanover Hill Health Care Center in Manchester for more than 16 years, where she was Finance Director and a lead in implementing their Customer Service program.  

Holmes serves on the Board of Directors of the Concord Family YMCA and assists the Town of Candia Trustees with their Trust Fund records.  She serves on the Finance Committees for the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of NH, NH-Cares ACO, and NH Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Demonstration Project, a collaborative project with Concord Hospital and Riverbend Community Mental Health. Holmes is also a member of the Leadership NH Class of 2020.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration degree at Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester. Holmes also completed a Certificate in Business Analytics at HBX |Harvard Business School in November 2018.  She is a member of the Home Health and Hospice Financial Managers Association and the Association of Accountants and Financial Professionals for Business.
