Beth J. Slepian, MBA, PT, President/CEO, provides leadership and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and development of Concord Regional VNA. She shapes a strategic plan that directs and transforms home care, hospice, personal home services, and community health for patients, caregivers, and the communities we serve.
Previously as Vice President of Education and Clinical Compliance, Slepian led the development and implementation of many quality initiatives and improvements including the transitional care nursing program for patients with complex care needs and the behavioral health program for home care patients with mental health needs. She is active in the community and serves on the NH Stroke Collaborative, NH Falls Risk Task Force, Havenwood Heritage Heights' Board of Directors, and the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance of NH Board of Directors as well as its Education and Legislative Committees. Slepian is also a member of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Before coming to Concord Regional VNA, Slepian was the Administrator at Northeast Rehab Home Care in Salem, N.H. where she spent 19 years in management and patient care.
Slepian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vt. She also obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit Leadership at New England College in Henniker, N.H.
