Andrea Patrick-Baudet, MBA, RN, CHPN, CHPCA, is Chief Clinical Officer. She oversees daily operations and leadership of the Hospice program, including the Hospice House, collaborates with our partners at Concord Hospital in leading the Capital Region Health Care Palliative Care Program, and oversees Education, Paraprofessional Services, and Quality.
Most recently, Patrick-Baudet was hospice director at Cornerstone VNA in Rochester where she was responsible for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and budgeting, as well as supervision of the program. She also helped lead the implementation of the palliative care program to improve patient outcomes and facilitate transitions of care. Patrick-Baudet was previously Concord Regional VNA’s hospice director of nursing responsible for planning, organizing, developing and managing its program’s clinical services.
She is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Quality and Standards Committee.
Patrick-Baudet received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H., an Associate Degree in Nursing from New Hampshire Community Technical College in Stratham, N.H., and a Master in Business Administration from New England College in Henniker, N.H. She is a certified Hospice and Palliative Care Administrator and a certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse.
