MEREDITH, N.H. – Concord Regional VNA’s Andrea Patrick-Baudet, MBA, RN, CHPN, CHPCA, Vice President of Hospice, was named a co-recipient of the Home Care & Hospice Service Award by the Home Care, Hospice, and Palliative Care Alliance of NH at their annual meeting last Friday. She was recognized for her significant contributions to home health and hospice in the Granite State including her role in merging the NH Hospice & Palliative Care Organization (NHHPCO) and the Home Care Association of NH (HCANH).

“As president of NHHPCO, Andrea guided the strategic planning process to explore options for sustainability,” said Gina Balkus, CEO of the Home Care, Hospice & Palliative Care Alliance. “She nurtured trust among Board members, set the stage for the merger, and helped promote the Mission and Vision of the newly-unified Alliance.”

As Vice President of Hospice, Patrick-Baudet oversees daily operations and leadership of the program, including Hospice House, and works closely with our partners at Concord Hospital in the Capital Region Health Care Palliative Care Program.

Most recently, Patrick-Baudet was hospice director at Cornerstone VNA in Rochester where she was responsible for clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and budgeting, as well as supervision of the program. She also helped lead the implementation of the palliative care program to improve patient outcomes and facilitate transitions of care. Patrick-Baudet was previously Concord Regional VNA’s hospice director of nursing responsible for planning, organizing, developing and managing its program’s clinical services.

Patrick-Baudet is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Quality and Standards Committee and serves on the Hospice Help Foundation’s Board of Directors.
