Concord Regional VNA Names Home Care Director

CONCORD, N.H. – Concord Regional VNA has named Siobhan Doherty-Rogers, RN, a home care director. She is responsible for the daily clinical business operations of home care services and provides supervision, mentorship, and guidance to staff.

Doherty-Rogers has more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Most recently, she was a clinical manager at HomeHealth Foundation in Lawrence, Massachusetts where she was a staff resource, mentor, and coach for an interdisciplinary team for clinicians. She also assessed and enhanced team and individual metrics, and developed and facilitated staff meetings. Doherty-Rogers also recruited, interviewed, assisted, and supported new clinicians. 

Previously, she worked for VNA Care in Danvers, Partners Home Health in Beverly, and Visiting Nurse & Community Health in Arlington, all in Massachusetts. Doherty-Rogers also worked as a nurse underwriter for MetLife in long term care insurance in Westport, Connecticut and as a health coach for Health Dialog in Bedford, New Hampshire. She has assisted living facility and hospital experience. 

Doherty-Rogers earned a bachelor of science in nursing from Southern CT State University in New Haven, CT. She also earned a Beck Institute Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Course Certificate.
