Immunization Clinics
Children and adults can receive the immunizations they need to lead a healthy lifestyle. Vaccinations offered at the clinic include Tetanus (Td), Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis (DTaP), Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR), Polio, Hib, Hepatitis B and TB testing. No appointment is necessary. Please bring an immunization record with you if possible. Immunization Clinics are offered at our Downtown Health Clinic location at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 21 Centre Street, Concord, New Hampshire. Minimal fees apply.
