Personal Home Services
Concord Regional VNA Personal Home Services is for anyone who needs assistance to continue to be independent and remain in their own home. With homemaking and/or personal care and companion services, people are able to remain in their familiar surroundings so they can enjoy what is important in life. Personal Home Services are available in your own home, independent living community, assisted living community, and skilled nursing facility.
Our registered nurse initially meets with you and completes an assessment before developing a plan of care. She supervises and monitors your care and remains in close contact with you, your family, your healthcare provider, and our homecare team when applicable. We always strive to select caregivers that best serve your needs and ensure care consistency for the long term.
Services are tailored to meet individual needs whether for just a few hours a week or 24 hours a day.
Ensuring That You Have Exceptional Caregivers
Before serving clients, all of our caregivers:
- Must undergo an extensive background check
- Are well-trained by our staff development nurse
- Are required to shadow current caregivers in the field
- Must demonstrate their skills during a competency assessment

In addition, we offer nursing services for medication planner pre-fills.
