Public Seasonal Flu Clinic Saturday, November 21st at Steeplegate Mall

Concord Regional VNA will offer a public seasonal flu clinic for ages 4 and over at:

Steeplegate Mall
270 Loudon Road
Concord, NH 03301

Saturday, November 21, 2009
From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

$25 per immunization (cash or check) OR Medicare B, Medicaid, Healthy Kids, or Anthem (prefix of YG, R or NH). Clients with insurance ID card at the clinic do not have to pay a fee.

Flu clinics are dependent upon the availability of the flu vaccine and are subject to change.
