Concord Regional VNA’s Community Memorial Service is October 28

Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association’s Community Hospice and Homecare Memorial Service will take place on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 21 Centre Street in Concord. A reception will follow.
