Concord Regional VNA provides preventative healthcare and health maintenance to our community. Our health clinics provide services to people of all ages.

Walk-In Blood Pressure Clinic

Our organization offers a monthly blood pressure clinic and also offers the screenings at our Senior Health Clinics. Blood pressure screenings are a good way for individuals to track their blood pressure for upcoming visits to their physician. Children's Dental Clinics

Our organization collaborates with Concord Hospital Family Health Center and New Hampshire Technical Institute in offering free clinics in March and August for eligible children ages 3 to 12.  Services include:

• Dental examination
• Preventive services
  • Cleanings
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Oral hygiene instructions
  • Sealants

Our Dental Care Coordinator also assists you in finding a dentist for your child's regular dental care and supports families year-round.

Walk-In Immunization Clinics

Our organization offers monthly immunization clinics for children and adults who are uninsured, underserved, and who have no access to these needed services in order to lead a healthy lifestyle. Vaccinations offered at the clinics include:

Seasonal Flu Clinics

Every fall, our organization conducts multiple public seasonal flu clinics. Specially trained nurses are available to administer flu vaccine and answer your flu-related questions. Flu clinics are held in numerous public locations in communities throughout our service area as well as many private organizations or businesses. Our agency offers monthly senior health clinics where seniors can receive basic health services such as:

The clinics do not replace regular primary care provider office visits. Clinics are held at convenient locations in a variety of communities including Boscawen, Bow, Concord, Contoocook, Epsom, Henniker, Hillsboro, Hooksett, Loudon, Pembroke, Penacook, Pittsfield, Suncook, and Weare.
