Bereavement Services

Concord Regional VNA Bereavement Services are available to patients and their families. Our agency provides additional bereavement support to families for 13 months following the death of a loved one. Community Grief Support

Adult Grief Support Groups

Trained grief facilitators provide grief support and education to participants who have suffered a recent loss. The group size is limited to 12 participants and sessions are free.

Grief Support for the Holidays

Many changes occur during the holidays that can trigger a myriad of emotions. Have you experienced changes in relationships, health status, or experienced the loss of a loved one or job? As a result, many people have mixed feelings including sadness, fear, hopelessness, stress, and frustration. Discover techniques on how to heal and lessen the impact of loss. Hospice Memorial Service

The annual service is available to anyone who has suffered a loss and is in need of support. For more information, click here.

Monthly Men’s Discussion Groups

Concord Regional VNA offers a drop-in Men’s Grief Discussion Group to help men after a significant loss. Continental breakfast is provided. There is no registration or fee to attend. For more information, click here.
