Letter from the President

I am excited to announce the formation of Granite VNA, formerly Concord Regional VNA and Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice.

The merger of the two agencies helps us maintain a high level of care for patients and families and expand services to more people in need throughout New Hampshire communities. Merging also better meets the growing demand for home and community-based healthcare in our region, including nursing services, physical rehabilitation, occupational therapy, homemaking services, end-of-life care, and wellness programming. The unified agency will also help us:

  • Improve access to high quality, home-based care for individuals and families in 82 communities served

  • Respond to growing demand for specialty, home-based clinical services, including intravenous therapy, wound care, and pediatrics

  • Enhance and expand community wellness programming

  • Attract, retain, and develop a highly-skilled workforce

  • Ensure long-term sustainability to care for our community for years to come

The new agency name represents our committed presence and impact in New Hampshire. The word “Granite” implies not only the nickname of the state, but also the solid foundation and trust that it has created.

The purple lilac in our new logo represents New Hampshire heritage and geographic prevalence. It also is a symbol of the beautiful stage of life that is so much a part of the home state landscape. It’s a reflection of Granite VNA’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

As Granite VNA, we continue to have well-established roots in the region and are dedicated to serving our community members in need. Our name may have changed, but our commitment to you, your family, and friends remains as strong as ever.
